The Evidence Experience is the teaching ministry of Superintendent Dr. Gary L. Cordon, Sr. This website, TheEvidenceExperience.org, exists to share biblical teaching, leadership training, and resources for spiritual growth. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Evidence Experience. We want you to know plainly what information we receive when you visit, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only a small amount of personal information, and only when you choose to give it to us. When you sign up for our newsletter or join The Evidence Academy waitlist, we receive your name and email address as you enter them on the form. Like most websites, our site and the services it uses may also record basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit. This helps the site run properly and lets us understand, in general terms, how the site is used. We do not process payments on this website, so we never collect credit card or banking information here.

How We Use Your Information

We use your name and email address to send you the emails you asked to receive. That may include our newsletter, ministry updates, teaching resources, and news about The Evidence Academy. We may also use general, non-identifying site information to improve our pages and make our teaching easier to find. Data Retention

We keep your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our emails. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing messages from us. If you would like your information removed from our email list entirely, just let us know and we will take care of it. Technical information collected by our hosting and site services is kept according to those providers’ own practices. We aim to keep only what we need to serve you well.

Your Rights and Choices

You are in control of the information you share with us. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. You may ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
