Our Approach
Reading the Bible with Christ at the Center
The Bible is not a collection of disconnected stories. From Genesis to Revelation, it tells one story of God’s redemption, and Jesus Christ stands at its center. Teaching in this section reads Scripture carefully, in its context, and with disciplined Christological interpretation. That means we look for how each passage fits the whole story without forcing meanings onto the text. The goal is not only to know more about the Bible but to know the God of the Bible and live by His Word.
And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
Luke 24:27 (KJV)
Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
John 5:39 (KJV)
